Howdy! Welcome to The Rag Shop! We raise and show gorgeous Ragdoll cats in Pontotoc, Mississippi. As you can see, we love having fun with our cats, and they love being in the spotlight. The ragdoll breed is a very unique breed of cat, and one that everyone should meet in their lifetime.
Good looks!
The Ragdoll breed of cats are known for their semi-long, super soft hair that repels matting and hardly sheds. They have deep blue eyes and come in a variety of beautiful cream colors! Also as you can see, they love to play with their silly owners.
Purrsonality!
They are docile cats, and enjoy being carted around in your arms. Most are playful and considered to be dog-like in their personalities. They love their owners and like to be caressed and lay in your lap or hang out with you on the couch while you watch TV. They are very social, following their owners all over the house to be with them. Mine even wait for me by the door when I enter the house and watch out the window for me when I leave. This is typical of the Ragdoll breed. They are loyal, kind, silly and very personable.
